TheBeijing Railway Station建于1901年,占地面积250000的汉堡吗are meters (about 72 acres). Located between Chengwen Gate and Dongbian Gate, inside Dongcheng District (东城区), it is one of the most prosperous railway station in China. Most trains to North China depart from this railway station. Besides, some international trains are also available in the station.

International Trains between Beijing and Moscow & Pyongyang & Ulan Bator

Between Beijing and Moscow

It takes about 6 or 7 days a run between Beijing and Moscow. Train K3 and Train K19 depart from Beijing to Moscow, and Train K4 and Train K20 run back from Moscow to Beijing. The following is the detailed information.

1. K3 (Beijing–Moscow): Departing from Beijing at 11:22, every Wednesday, and arriving at Moscow at 13:58 5 nights later (on Monday).

2. K19 (Beijing–Moscow): Departing from Beijing at 23:00, every Saturday, and arriving at Moscow at 17:57 (21:57 Moscow time) seven days later (on Friday).

3. K4 (Moscow–Beijing): Departing from Moscow at 23:45 on Tuesday (21:35 on Monday, Beijing time), and arriving at Beijing at 11:40 six nights later (on Monday).

4. K20 (Moscow–Beijing): Departing from Moscow at 03:35 on Saturday (23:35 on Friday, Beijing time), and arriving at Beijing at 05:32 seven days (on Saturday).

Between Beijing and Pyongyang

K27 (Beijing–Dandong–Pyongyang): The train leaves Beijing at 17:30 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, arriving at Dandong at 07:17 the next day and at Pyongyang 18:30 (19:30 Beijing time).

K28 (Pyongyang–Dandong–Beijing): The train leaves Pyongyang at 09:10 (10:10 Beijing time) on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, arriving at Dandong at 18:35 (Beijing time) and at Beijing at 08:31 (Beijing time) on next day.

Between Beijing and Ulan Bator

K23 (Beijing–Ulan Bator): The train Departs from Beijing at 11:22 on Tuesday, and arrives at Ulan Bator at 14:30 the next day.

K24 (Ulan Bator–Beijing): The train departs from Ulan Bator at 11:40 on Saturday and arrives at Beijing at 08:30 the next day.

Extra train in summer in 2017(June 12th to October 16th): There is an extra train running between Beijing and Ulan Bator in summer time. From Beijing, it departs on Monday. From Ulan Bator, it departs on Saturday.

Beijing South Railway Station 北京南站

The Beijing South Railway Station is the modernist railway station in China. Most multiple unite trains depart from this railway station, and it is said that the entire multiple unite trains will depart from the station in future. At present, all high-speed trains to Jinan, Qingdao and Shanghai are shifted to depart from the railway station.

Intercity Railway between Beijing and Tianjin

The railway is 120 kilometers (74.6 miles) long, running between Beijing South Railway Station and Tianjin and passing three stations including Yizhuang, Yongle and Wuqing. The highest speed of the bullet train running Beijing and Tianjin can reach 350 kilometers (217.5 miles) per hour. The whole voyage from Beijing to Tianjin takes less than 30 minutes.

The Beijing West Railway Station is located in East Lianhuachi Road, Fengtai District. Trains there mainly depart to Central China, South China, West China and Northwest Chine, including cities of Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Xi’an, Lanzhou, Zhengzhou, Nanchang, Chengdu, Guiyang, Zunyi, Chongqing, Changsha, Shijianzhuang, Taiyuan, Datong, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Guilin, Nanning, Hohhot, Xining, Jinan, Urumqi, Kunming, Hangzhou and Shanghai.

Beijing North Railway Station 北京北站

The Beijing North Railway Station was built in 1906, and it was designed by Zhan Tianyou ("the father of Chinese railway"). Now, it is listed as one of the historical buildings in Beijing. The station today is used to transport tourists to suburban district such as Badaling and Kangxi Grassland. Everyday, there are seven schedule trains to Badaling, the ticket fare is about 15 yuan per person, and the journey takes about 1 hour.
